Where things stand today

Right now EasyGuides carries no advertising, no sponsored guides, and no affiliate links. We have no sponsors and no paid partnerships. Nothing on this site earns us a commission at the moment.

If we add affiliate links later

We may add affiliate links in the future. An affiliate link means that if you click through and buy something, the retailer may pay us a small commission at no extra cost to you. If we start doing this, two things will always be true: the commission will never change what we recommend or what we write, and any guide that contains affiliate links will say so clearly near the top.

We recommend product categories and features to look for rather than specific products, so our guidance does not depend on any particular retailer or brand paying us.

No paid placement

As described in our about page, no one can pay to be featured, recommended, or reviewed favourably. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be labelled as advertising and kept separate from our editorial guides.
